your satisfaction is our priority. you may exchange
any item in its unworn original condition within 14
days of purchase for credit or for a different item
of the same price, provided you have your sales receipt.
items for exchange should be returned by mail.
an exchange or credit will be made to the purchaser,
or gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable merchandise
credit. shipping and handling is nonrefundable.
back orders & out of stock
sometimes items listed on the website are out of stock
or on back order. if we receive an order with an out
of stock item, we will be in contact with you within
2 business days to advise you of the possible in stock
date or alternate item and to request a confirmation
for a back-order, an exchange or a refund.
