return policy

we are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. all items returned for an exchange must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. after 10 days, all sales are FINAL. no price adjustments. all sales final on sale merchandise. thanks for understanding.

you are responsible for any return shipping costs. hyde is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

we will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

we have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

back orders & out of stock
sometimes items listed on the website are out of stock or on back order. if we receive an order with an out of stock item, we will be in contact with you within 2 business days to advise you of the possible in stock date or alternate item and to request a confirmation for a back-order, an exchange or a refund.

we generally ship UPS. please provide us with a street address (UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes).
